For a first timer what would you need to bring?
ReplyDeleteIf you have a project, please bring it. The other knitters are happy to help. If you haven't started any projects, bring some yarn and knitting needles. The knitters can help you get started. They will probably have suggestions for beginning projects. If you just want to come and get ideas first, before purchasing yarn and needles, that is also okay.
ReplyDeleteDo any of the folks who come do crocheting?
ReplyDeleteWendy - At the moment we only have knitters. If you'd like to come and sit and socialize with them you are more than welcome! However, if you're looking for instruction or help they may not be a good resource.
ReplyDeleteI would love to join this club, I knit and crochet but I'm 20 with a 4 month old who would be with me...Would that be ok? How long does it last?
ReplyDeleteBabies are Fine!
ReplyDeleteWe start at four, sometimes people stay as long as 5:30 or 6.
All very informal.
